Once you select a property we will send you a contract to review. Therein, you will find the stipulations of each property and the specific policy of each, this includes deposits, cancellation and other policies relevant to each property.

Payment is expected upon execution of the contract. This will also vary in the time until occupancy is taken at the property. A deposit is expected upon execution followed by a payment schedule. The details will be within the contract as to the payment required and dates payments are due.
