This is a large five-bedroom villa complete with breathtaking view on the Caribbean Sea, situated atop the private Domaine du Levant in Petit Cul de Sac. It has spacious and comfortable indoor and outdoor living. The view from each bedroom is of the sea and landscape of the island. You will enjoy endless sea breezes. The home is situated in the beauty of St Barth’s natural beauty coupled with the free wildlife of wild goats, exotic birds, turtles, colorful lizards and the fragrant bright foliage typical of St Barth’s.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1,000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.

Extra Costs

Transfers car rental, restaurant reservations and activities, personal chef or catering to organize any meals or events at your villa, babysitting, breakfast delivery, spa and massage appointments, ferry boat excursion to St. Martin and Anguilla, water sports, yacht or sailboat charters, boat charter, and a yoga instructor at your villa. However, all may be arranged upon request.  Additionally, there is a 5% tax which is not included in the price.

What's Included in the Cost

Personalized welcome at the airport upon your arrival,  daily cleaning in the villa (except on Sundays and banking holidays), swimming pool cleaning, secluded beach in the Domain du Levant, long chairs and canoes, and a personal concierge to help meet any personal needs or requests.
