Casa Carla is perched above the beach providing panoramic views of the sea & coastline above Positano. It is located in an ideal location about 30 steps down from the road where you can find cafes and shops. In your stay at Casa Carla, you will feel like you are far away from everything, entirely in your own paradise. The interiors are decorated with bright patterns and fabrics and antiques. In the home you will find furnishings that have been collected from all over the world. There is an expansive library of books and a beautiful fireplace to curl up beside in early spring or late autumn evenings. The beds are comfortable and all bedrooms are air-conditioned, each is bedroom is large with brightly decor. The tiles are all original and part of the cultural beauty of the decor of the coast. Two of the bedrooms open up to terraces and the third bedroom is located on the same level as the kitchen and it is also a beautiful room with bright furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen has an authentic Italian cappuccino machine and state of the art appliances.
Both upstairs and downstairs, all rooms are open to large terraces, with stunning views of the sea and the islands, and the entire property is decorated with plants and flowers typical of the area. The outdoor lounge chairs are comfortable, there are outdoor tables, hammocks, and an outside shower. There is a ping pong table (folded away when not in use, downstairs).
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-machine, Illy Coffee machine, a double sink and all the needed pots and pan. A cook can be arranged upon request.The property was fully renovated last year, with ethnic and period furniture, rich fabrics, carpets and furnishings. Everything is new and state-of-the-art.
The Villa is private, however located in an area where you can easily walk to restaurants, shops and local cafe’s. The views of the beaches and sea up the coast are among the best in Positano. A maid will come to clean the house every morning (except for Mondays).
