Villa Noci has manicured and lavish gardens, in which you are able to wander through the grounds of lavender beds and mature cypress and olive groves. Under the warm sun, you may unwind by sunbathing next to or taking a refreshing dip into the elegantly and simply designed split-level infinity pool.
Indoors, Villa Noci offers utmost comfort and luxury. Villa Noci consists of a main house and a guest annex. Due to a recent renovation, the first floor of the main house is a large, open, and inviting space for the living room, fully equipped island kitchen, and dining room. The decor of Villa Noci features many typical and traditional Umbrian design aspects from the terracotta floors to the high vaulted ceilings. Retreating into the two bedrooms of the main house, exposed timber beams add to the 17th century farmhouse aesthetic in the most exquisite and charming way. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; the main bedroom includes a private study, fireplace, and direct access to the garden. The guest annex has a large bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette, perfect for additional accommodations.

Extra Costs
Heating of the house (if required), additional maid service (up to full time, 6 days a week), villa pre-stocking, shopping service, spa services, chef service, personal communication expenses (such as telephone and fax), estate and sporting activities such as tennis, horseback riding, rental of mountain bikes, and boating on the lakes. However, all may be arranged upon prior request.

The service of the Estate Service Manager, a maid service (5/6 hours per day, 6 days a week), full gardening and pool cleaning service, 24-hour emergency service, linen change, use of pool towels, day time Concierge Service, and a welcome basket.
