Lake Como Luxury Rental Villa

Villa Cristina’s property began as an English country garden during 19th century, where century old trees grew in an enchanting environment. There are many gardens situated around the banks of Lake Como first planted as Italian gardens then transformed into English, only two of these gardens began with English roots and they are the splendid.

The villa offers spacious private gardens, a swimming pool, a private tennis court, a private dock and particularly superb views of the three branches of Lake Como with striking mountain vistas beyond. Lake Como is renowned for its luxurious vegetation and its mild climate.

A perfect setting for groups of friends and family, the estate park contains century-old trees and presents an ambiance of ancient grandeur. Recently restored, the villa boasts a beautiful and elegant interior with great care given to the noble heritage and character of the building. This is particularly evident in the mosaic floors, remarkable wooden railings connecting the floors, the impressive statues and the 19th century adornments.

The home is graced with beautiful English and Italian gardens also there is a small vegetable garden with an orchard. If desired by the guests of the Villa they can have the possibility of personally choosing any fruit or vegetable to taste, after being prepared especially by the talented chef.

Moreover, a whole array of excellent recipes of typical cuisine, Italian and International is available for breakfast. Fruit, vegetables and herbs are used in cooking, and are picked directly from the organic vegetable garden and local organic grown cultivations.

At a little distance from the Villa, a large car park can be used with a private mooring bridge, and buoys to comfortably have access to motorboats. Also in a separate unit 20 meters from the main villa is another unit with a bedroom and bathroom.

Security Deposit

€1,500 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damages or unpaid fees.

Extra Costs

Food/wine/beverages are not included in the rental price. The food deposit of €1,500 in cash is due upon arrival. Please note that when the €1,500 food deposit until it is spent, if additional money is required it will be due at the time of purchase. Heated pool during any period other than May-Sept is €4 per hr.
