Subtilia is a perfect example of luxury and comfort, offering the unique opportunity of living in the heart of a natural reserve surrounded by woods, olive trees and green valleys, plus enjoying the comforts and the services of a 5 star resort. Guest can swim in the private huge pool that also contains a Jacuzzi. This can be rented fully to accommodate 18 people to sleep or as few as 4 people.

One can walk across the nature reserve, relax in the shadow of a timeworn tree or play a round of golf in the 18hole Robert Trent Jones Jr designed golf course of Antognolla (2 min from the villa with a golf cart through a private path) or enjoy a glass of “prosecco” at the golf clubhouse bar. The golf clubhouse and restaurant facilities within the same estate, are only 2 minutes distance from the Villa . These are also accessible by golf-cart through a private pathway that runs across the nature reserve.

All guests staying have discounts on the golf green fees and at the clubhouse restaurant.

The villa sleeps up to 18 people and can be rented as a unique villa or separately in 3 apartments (Tramonto, Alba, Olivo) or one luxury romantic suite in the cottage (Tiglio). Each apartment is luxuriously furnished and decorated and has its own fully staffed kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry. All the bedrooms have their own individual color scheme and are of a good size with excellent en-suite facilities and magnificent views.

Tramanto has two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one double twin bedroom; all three have shared bathrooms. There is one guest bathroom on the ground floor (sleeps 6 and comfortable seating for 16).

Alba has one king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, double twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a double twin bedroom with a shared bathroom (sleeps 6 and comfortable seating for 8).

Olivo has two king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (sleeps 4 and comfortable seating for 6).

Tiglio is an independent luxury guest cottage with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and all comforts of a modern 5 star hotel room (including frigo-bar/ tv and air conditioning).

Extra Costs

The heating of the villa and swimming pool (if required, €30- €60 per day for the villa, €90-€150 per day for the pool), additional linen change,  spa services, chef service, activities and excursions, wood for fireplace. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Additionally, there is a final cleaning fee of €100,payable in cash before departure, for groups larger than 12 people; applicable in mid and high season.
