Luxury St. Barth's Villa Sleeps 6
This Villa is situated perfectly above Flamand beach, I have stayed at this Villa and loved it. Since it has been completely renovated. It has expansive views of the sea. It’s located just a 12 minute drive from the airport in Gustavia and is in the perfect location, within 10 minutes of restaurants, shops and the town. Below you can enjoy the close proximity of being at the nearby Flamand beach, just a short walk from the Villa. There you can enjoy lunch or dinner as the owner has arranged the use of the hotel as an option for his guests.
It has endless breezes that permeate throughout the open air home, which is decorated in bright white, with high open ceilings and an outdoor living area. The kitchen as well as every room has beautiful views of the sea.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with views of the sea and pool. The third double room can be used as a children’s room or for additional guests. The bedrooms are large with strong AC, which is always nice following a day at the beach. The ceilings are high and wood, the decor is beautiful. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV and large desk in the corner with ac for your pcs. There is a stereo with surround sound in the living area. The wifi provides a strong connection at tall times. The bathrooms are large each bedroom with an en-suite, with large showers and the open to open the door to enjoy an outdoor shower from the bathroom. There is an additional large bedroom which accessible from the living room. There is a large kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is a very large table for indoor dining also an outdoor table and chairs that can be extended and made larger if needed. The lounge chairs are near the pool, there is also an outdoor living area with a gas grill for additional entertaining. The pool is beautiful and offers views of the sea.
I stayed at this Villa in December of 2015 and I was overwhelmed by its beautiful location, as it is situated perfectly in the hillside giving a sense of serenity & privacy to one angle and the sea in front.
Once you arrive at the airport or ferry you can walk across the road and pick up your rental jeep.
The houskeeping is consistent, there is always a change of fresh pool towels and bath towels. There is a cooler, umbrella and beach chairs, should you decide to travel to one of the beaches. We also had Lunch at Cheval Blanc and where the beach chair are free if you are guest for lunch.

Extra Costs
Consumables (such as beverages and food), laundry service is an additional €15, adventure and sporting excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request.
