Luxury Lake Como Newly restored Villa, sleeps 8

If you want to have a vacation in a once in a lifetime place, then Lake Como is absolutely one of those places. The white snow capped mountains accentuate the rolling mountains below that end in the pearly greyish blue lake. The tranquility felt if you are lucky enough to find a position perfectly situated at the right angle, then you have found paradise. This property is in paradise, from here you are situated at the correct altitude above the lake to hear the waves, the birds, and the boats glide across in a rhythmic tranquil music of its own. This Villa Venere  has transformed is a masterpiece. The rich stones, fabrics and wood come together like a symphony of beauty and colors.

Newly restored and with the finest decor, the Villa is equipped with everything you need for rest and relaxation. The outdoors has a jacuzzi and outdoor furniture where you can sit for hours to enjoy the outdoor magnificence of the Lake.  It is a soft Jacuzzi for 5 to 6 adults and also shower outdoors. Amid cool fragrant breezes you can enjoy wine or a meal.  After a soak in the comfortable jacuzzi (soft tub), where you can enjoy the Lake below, the indoor offers a warm and cozy ambiance. The stone of the exterior and interior of the Villa have been preserved to maintain the authenticity of the structure.

Large windows and sliding glass doors invite the indoors into the home, there is a terrace with breathtaking views of the lake. There is a fireplace for cozy fires in brisk nights. The home is spacious with 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. The bedrooms all have double beds and are equipped with comfortable mattresses. Two of the bedrooms can be made to twins for those traveling alone or in groups, they can also be connected for a double bed.  The lower level is equipped with a turkish bath and sauna. The rocks uncovered during the restoration of the Villa were retained for a unique “look” which exposes the rich foundation from which the Villa was erected. There is parking for your vehicle and then you must walk up approximately 80 steps to arrive to the Villa. There is help transporting your luggage to the Villa.

Due to the incline of the position of the home and upward ride we suggest that a 4 x 4 vehicle be utilized for easier access to the Villa. Your luggage can be transported as we have portage service to help with an easy check in and out of the Villa. We were complimented by Elle Decor featuring our Villa in their magazine edition.

The Villa is perched high on the cliffside panoramic views of the sea, it’s ideal for private and total fun!  The Villa is located in a little town above the sea which is surrounded by local shops, restaurants and culture. The Villa is a 15-minute drive from Conca dei Marini It is also only a 20 minute drive to Amalfi and on the other side to Praiano.  

There is much to be enjoyed at this lakefront luxury retreat, where you an relax or walk 10 minutes to the local town, where there are shops, restaurants, local bar or a ferry (public boat transport) to take you across the lake and church. You are close to the town of Como or up to Bellagio. Pets permitted. Please inform us to obtain approval for children under the age of 12 years old. Final cleaning is €300, security deposit is €1000.

Check in

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.

Security Deposit

€1000 can be paid at check in to the property manager.

Extra Costs

Food, consumables, chef, boat, taxi’s to and from the Villa, final cleaning is €300.
