I remember as a young girl, my other who was somewhat proficient in French, would sing songs in French and make an occasional Sunday “Crêpes Suzette” as she called it. For anyone immersed in the French traditions, it seems to be evoked at certain times throughout their lives, at least for hers and ours! My first trip to Paris I was eager to stop at the local corner Crêpe vendor and try one with jam and another with chocolate!
Since then, chef’s masterfully created new themes for the dessert now lunch and dinner delicacy! Below you will find some of the best places to indulge in the this French traditional cuisine, which is no longer the breakfast or dessert treat!
