Caprese Salads for breakfast, Lunch & dinner!

Everyone knows that the Italians love food! They were blessed with the rich earth & temperature to grow the most robust vegetables, tomatoes, grapes, just about everything grows beautifully & healthy in Italy. The choices are endless. I always seen to eat tomatoes, figs, cheese and the great Vino! ne thing is a sure consistent quick, lite meal throughout Italy a Caprese salad and this is the best one I have had in decades. It is from restaurant La Veranda in Moltrasio. Add a simple glass of their consistent house vino, the last harvest of pressed  Olive Oil and you’re good until the next caprese salad!
