Villa Val d’Orcia is nestled high with panoramic views of Tuscany. It is on 500 acres property of fertile land, woods and vineyards. In the 18th century, when it was built, it was a sharecropping farmhouse; today it’s at the core of wine valley. This villa is located high above the valley, with panoramic views of the vineyards which produce the Super Tuscan wines.
In 2011 this former farmhouse underwent a full renovation under a famous local architect, to the luxury villa it is today. No detail went unnoticed in the selection of this renovation. The gardens accentuate the nearby villa which towers over the brilliant countryside. The views are amazing.
This property has high beam ceilings, traditional rich tiles of the tuscan valley, up scale furnishings, large bathrooms with great shower heads and sophisticated elegance.
The villa is completely fenced and secure; you’ll be provided with 4 sets of keys and remote controls for the gate. The house is provided with computer and printer, 1 i-pod and 2 dock stations, satellite TV, professional laundry and dryer machines, hairdryers in every bathroom, voltage transformers and adaptors, GPS for the car. Cots, cradles, high chairs for babies are available if needed.
