Security Deposit
Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1,000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.
Extra Costs
Transfers car rental, restaurant reservations and activities, personal chef or catering to organize any meals or events at your villa, babysitting, breakfast delivery, spa and massage appointments, ferry boat excursion to St. Martin and Anguilla, water sports, yacht or sailboat charters, boat charter, and a yoga instructor at your villa. However, all may be arranged upon request. Additionally, there is a 5% tax which is not included in the price.
