Luxury Bellagio Lake Como Apartments

These Renal Apartments are 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, located directly on the Lake with Lake access and great views. There is a place on a lake that is so peaceful and beautiful you will be awestruck when you arrive. This is how the guests describe it. I visited twice and was taken aback by the mountains emerging from the grayish blue lake. These beautiful and quaint Lake Como apartment building is one of the most unique in our collection. The same owner and custom architect master carpenter as Villa La Collina. All of the furniture is hand crafted by the most talented artisans and the fabrics are the highest of quality.

These apartments open up to lake front views. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the boats gracefully depart the harbor. It can sleep up to 10 people in two separate units or 6 in one apartment and 4 in the other; all three apartments are charming and beautiful. It is located behind Bellagio. So you have the proximity of an evening of dinner in Bellagio or shopping during the day, within a short drive or taxi ride to this cove of elegance.  It has all of the accommodations of a luxury boutique hotel with the cozy romantic feeling of romance and mystery. The rooms have been meticulously renovated to perfection and the views absolutely breathtaking. There is nothing quite as spectacular as a moonlit night above the lake. This coupled with the breezes and sounds of the splashing waves makes this the ultimate location for your Lake Como holiday.

Each apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen, large living room and comfortable bedrooms.

Apartment 1 – is 850 sq ft  2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  kitchen, Large Living room 

Apartment 2 – is 1290 sq ft  3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, Large Living room 

Apartment  3 – is 1600 sq ft  3 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed room, 2 baths with a large lake front garden

Apartment  4 – 1600 sq ft is new 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  entire apartment with balcony and terrace.

Security Deposit

The owner requires a deposit to confirm the booking. If cancelled 90 days prior to occupancy the deposit is non-refundable.

Extra Costs

Consumables, spa services,  babysitting service, chef service, sporting activities or adventure excursions, such as waters sports, golf outings, or boating on the lakes. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation within 90 days of occupancy is non-refundable.
