As we drove to through the island, we were taken to this beautiful neighborhood. At the top was this Villa with a perfect view of the sea! This beautiful villa is an easy walk straight to the beach. You will find yourself on the beach under a coco tree or lying on your long chair within five minutes. On the terrace or from the private swimming pool, you will find yourself with a stunning panoramic of a breathtaking view on the bay of Petit Cul de Sac.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1,000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.

Extra Costs

Transfers car rental, restaurant reservations and activities, personal chef or catering to organize any meals or events at your villa, babysitting,  spa and massage appointments, ferry boat excursion to St. Martin and Anguilla, water sports, yacht or sailboat charters, boat charter, and a yoga instructor at your villa. However, all may be arranged upon request. Additionally, there is a 5% tax which is not included in the price.

What's Included in the Cost

Personalized welcome at the airport upon your arrival,  daily cleaning in the villa (except on Sundays and banking holidays), swimming pool cleaning, secluded beach in the Domain du Levant, long chairs and canoes, and a personal concierge to help meet any personal needs or requests.
