This Lake Front property is an elegant estate composed of three luxury suites; Villa Bianca, the Portico, and the Garden Suite, in Lake Como, Italy. This exclusive estate is tucked away in the cliffs and stones surrounding Lake Como. All three suites offer a truly one of a kind, unique view of the lake.  The classical Italian architecture of each suite leaves the authenticity of the area, while the modern twists make your stay unforgettably glamorous. The rooms are bright and white, with modern furnishings throughout the properties. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms bright and modern with exceptional views. The cliff that hugs the Villa and rooms was blasted into the hillside, you will enjoy the views of this unique characteristic into the natural stone cliffs. Recently they restored a historic section of the main Villa directly on the lake, which was completed in 2021. Rent as a private Wedding property or smaller Villas.

As you approach the Villa there is an elevator at the street level that takes you down to the Lake and reception area. Once there you can go up to the restaurant and lounge area. There is outdoor dining and comfortable lounge furniture. The pool is unique and high above boasting views of Lake Como and the town across the lake of Laglio, from the terraces you can see the home of George Clooney. The pool is an area where you will not want to leave, especially on a warm sunny day. It is very relaxing both for the views and high elevation. Enjoy evenings watching the sun set pastel colors off of the lake while enjoying apperatives and wine.

There is a private boat dock from where you can enjoy captained excursions to the town of Bellagio, only 15 minutes away or down the lake towards Lario, Fagghetto Lario or Moltrasio.

Typically, Saturday at 4:00 PM until Saturday at 10:00 AM. However, rental on a nightly basis, with a two night minimum stay, may be arranged upon request. Please inquire further for detailed pricing.
