Newly Renovation Lake Como Villa, lakefront Large & Beautiful

I visited the Villa in December of 2019 and 2022.. As I approached the location I was delighted to see how elevated the property was and how vast. The structure of the Villa emerges above the Lake in the near distance. It boasts the most incredible views of the Lake and the mountains & snow capped Alps. Built at the turn of the 20th Century by an American, this bright & beautifully decorated Villa has been recently fully renovated which completed in 2020. The Villa majestically stands boasting views of the unparalleled brilliance of Lake Como. The Property is perfect for a family reunion or group. It has been tastefully and meticulously loved by the owners, and this is apparent in the quality of the furnishings. It has a happy feeling as the colors of the exterior and interior are certain to give you an up beat theme to any holiday. I have a video which was taken with my mobile iPhone, as I love this property very much. The owner has added an outdoor pool with glorious views open in March of 2024.

The Property is vast, with mature and typical foliage of the Lake region. It boasts class, elegance in the traditional Lake Como style, only accentuated with the recent decor that masterfully brings both themes together in a luxurious experience. Offering you the best that Lake Como has to offer!

Off season is a 3 night minimum, from September 30 to April 3.

No smoking and not pets, large events not permitted. Food Deposit of €500 pp for a 7 night stay, €300 pp for a 3 night stay. Prices vary for groups of 8, 12 & 18, please inquire for specific pricing.

FIRST FLOOR

Entrance hall, 250 sqm terrace equipped with sofas, garden chairs and tables, 1 open living room with direct access onto terrace, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, a second living room with library and Hi-fi with access onto terrace, a studio. Wooden floor and wall panelling throughout.

SECOND FLOOR

1 suite with twin/double bedroom with private terrace, lake and garden view, en- suite bathroom with large shower. Two double-bedrooms sharing one large bathroom with double shower, one double bedroom room, garden view, with private bathroom.

THIRD FLOOR

1 master suite (king size round bed) with three windows and double balcony, lake view over Golfo Venere and the Balbianello area, large walk-in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, and dressing room. Carrara Perfect-white marble bathroom with 2x2m shower. 1 double bedroom with 2 large windows, with a balcony overlooking the lake walk-in closet, spacious brown and white Brazilian marble bathroom with 2x2m shower.

TOP FLOOR (MANSARD)

Sitting room with roof terrace, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double en suite bedroom with 1 bathroom, 1 double en suite bedroom with studio and bathroom.

COTTAGE AND GUARDIAN HOUSE

Cottage in the park (available 2020)

Fully independent with kitchen, living area, en suite bathroom and a rooftop bedroom for 2 adults

Guardian House

For Staff only with room for the guests’ staff.

Situated at the property entrance, with 2 apartments of which one is dedicated to the resident staff (3 bedrooms, for a total of 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living room, laundry)
