Beautiful Tuscany Rental Villa
This beautiful Villa Rombolino is perched high among the rolling hills of southern Tuscany. The panoramic views from this property are endless, captivating the soul. This is the place where you can enjoy the Tuscan experience in true elegance and luxury. Val d’ Orcia is one of our favorite parts of Italy. Not only is it rich in fervent pastures, it’s natural landscapes are vast with rolling hills everywhere. In the distance on any corner you see sheep gracefully moving through the hills. It’s amazing.
I visited in September 2013 and I didn’t want to leave. It is simply a spectacular villa, decorated with beauty and elegance. The Villa is located in one of the most beautiful and picturesque parts of Tuscany Val d’Orcia. Many castles and homes are in the valley bordering the rolling hills. This is one of the, which for me is one of the most elegant but also rustic villas in the area. The road to the property is spectacular with sheep grazing in the horizon. The property is expansive and photos can not capture its beauty.
The villa is large with spectacular panoramic villas of the countryside. The garden outside the kitchen is filled with organic fruits and vegetables of Tuscany, which you can pick and enjoy for your cuisine while you are there. Each room meticulously decorated with elegant fabrics and furnishings. The property has beautiful views from every window. The pool is located in an elevated slope on the hill, this allows for endless panoramic views of the countryside. If you look down the road you can see vineyards and rolling hills for acres and acres. Val d’Orcia remains as a fervent and healthy part of Tuscany where it is very green and a favorite part of Tuscany. There you can visit vineyards for wine tasting or olive groves to sample the fruits of this beautiful part of Italy.
Ground floor
The main entrance leads into a double living room. Two french doors to surrounding patio, plus huge picture window framing the views. The dining room is rustic with a large wood table,the kitchen is very well-equipped (8 burner gas stove, double ovens, fireplace for cooking, microwave, American fridge/freezer, double sinks).
Studio with large desk and chair in front of window. Seating for three (The studio can be closed to become a part of the Master Bedroom if preferred). Exterior stairs to small landing with table and chairs for two and access to Loft.
Reached by an external stone staircase, this floor has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The annex, located next to the swimming pool, has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Adjacent Unit
Newly renovated two-story barn offers three more double/twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms on the ground level. The loft offers a bar for relaxing, kitchenette and a gym.
