This Amalfi Coast Villa is very tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques, coastal rich tiles and contemporary decor. It is nestled into the hills with panoramic coastal views of both Praiano and Positano. The pool is perfectly located outside multi levels and terraces, towering over the blue sea. From this villas you are can enjoy a nice glass of wine while seeing the beautiful duomo above the main square of Praiano. There are multiple outdoor options for family dining on the roof top table, terraces across multi-levels. There is an outdoor terrace kitchen area. This villa offers various options for outdoor enjoyment, enjoy the open bright sun or an al fresco meal under the lemon grooves.  The outdoors opens another theme of tiles, terracotta and typical bright colored foliage & green vines of the coast.

This villa is beautiful the bedrooms are decorated with rich colorful fabrics, pottery & furnishings. The paintings are very beautiful, many of rich antiques that accentuate the various themes of decor, from religious paintings, to more contemporary gold and fresh prints.

You will not want to leave the property as it presents breathtaking coastline views. The property is positioned above where you can enjoy a walk to the town where there are restaurants, the duomo square and a bus. If you have a car it comfortably as parking for one car at the Villa. Wellness room entrance from the second living room area down steps. There is a sauna and a bathroom with shower.

La Praia beach is jut 2 km away and one of the most attractive places on the coast. The  inlet is enclosed by high cliffs dropping sheer into the sea, with a pebble beach, a little piazza with typical fisherman’s houses, a romantic path carved into the rock that runs along a stretch of the coast and several restaurants that offer local cuisine.

Praiano has all the services you might need with cafe’s, bars, shops, a square with Duomo and square with local tourists dining in outdoor cafes above the sea.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 800, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.

Extra Costs

The heating of the house and swimming pool (if required), additional maid service, villa pre-stocking, shopping service, spa services,  chef service, sporting activities and/or adventure excursions, such as tennis, horseback riding, rental of mountain bikes, and boating on the lakes. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes are an additional cost per person. Final cleaning is not included in the cost and EUR 350 must be paid to the property manager before check-out.
