On a perfectly sunny September afternoon, I traveled to this ancient farmstead, which has been renovated into a breathtaking estate. Along my journey, as I approached, I was intrigued by the miles of winding roads set within the landscaped of the endless rolling hills. The property is ideal as it is near Cortona and other Tuscan towns while being located in the Umbrian hills and Umbrian towns, nestled perfectly in an estate of vineyards. A private and seclusive getaway, this villa is only reached from a 2-mile road, offering a picturesque holiday in a natural estate of tall tress, bright flowers and the greenish hills. The Villa is newly renovated with beautiful furnishings and fabrics, rich woods, and exposed pale timber beams, brickwork lintels and bespoke furnishings bring a modern elegance to this stylish, rural paradise. With an infinity pool and chaise lounges, there are many ways to experience these unforgettable views. The interior is luxuriously and cozily decorated and you will find yourself basking in the mix of rich furnishings, bright colors and modern decor.
The house offers privacy as a near wilderness is at your doorstep, it offers stunning views across the vineyards estate land, to the hills beyond. Its simple gardens of terraced lawns, wild oaks, olive trees and rosemary beds contain a brick-edged infinity pool umbrella-covered chaise lounges on the pool deck and a pool house with sitting area to an outdoor kitchenette and al-fresco dining area. Wake up each morning to heated floors, and stay connected during your stay (if you wish) through Wi-Fi access.
Within the simple stone walls sits an extraordinary contemporary interior of 5 bedrooms and 5 luxurious en-suite bathrooms. There are four bedrooms in the main house at and one in the guest house. In the main house, three of the bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one has two twin beds and a bathroom. The guest house has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Many of the bedrooms have beamed ceilings and chic, graphic black and white decor, and all of the bathrooms have heated towel racks.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €10,000. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.
Extra Costs
Heating of the house (if required), air conditioning (€70 per day), pool heating (if desired), additional maid service (up to full time, 6 days a week), villa pre-stocking, shopping service, spa services, chef service, personal communication expenses (such as telephone and fax), sporting activities such as tennis, horseback riding, rental of mountain bikes, and boating on the lakes. However, all may be arranged upon prior request.
