Beautiful Large Tuscany Vacation Villa

The villa is built on several levels and has recently been meticulously restored by the owners every room is beautiful. This magical villa was built in the year 1000. The Villa was lovingly renovated with every attention given to detail in the selection of the fabrics for the bedroom covers, the furniture even the light fixtures. 

It is located on top of one of the most beautiful hills of Chianti, Italy. The Villa overlooks stunning valleys and offers our guests breathtaking scenes of the countryside surrounding it the villa, which, was originally built centuries ago and today, after a long period of restoration, it is a unique location with all the extra comforts needed for an unforgettable holiday. The rooms are all elegantly decorated with bright colors. Each room inviting for rest, beauty and relaxation. 

The Villa has a magical aura, as the stone is rich and evidentially historic with old Tuscan charm. There are  two separted structures connected by a beautiful courtyard boasting endless views of the countryside. The old tower and Old Barn are completely restored. They have old beam ceilings with beautiful old brick flooring. The Villa is large but also intimate, so that everyone can enjoy gathering together in the vast areas or locating a peaceful spot for quite times and reading.

There is wide areas for dining and lounging both inside and out. A separate carved out area with an outdoor cooking area has tables in a shaded area. The outside has comfortable furniture to dine and to relax by the infinity pool. The outside has beautiful gardens of roses, fruit trees and vines, which adorn the property.

The house is perfectly situated at a high elevated, you can enjoy the rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards. The town of San Gimignano rests high in the background. Also in the distance are old estates. This is truly a paradise.

Extra Costs

Heating is extra and calculated per monitor, local municipality tax of €1.50 per person per day, food and beverages, airport transfers, private Chef services, additional cleaning and changing of sheets.

What's Included in the Cost

Welcome dinner on the first night of your arrival, 2 hours of daily cleaning (except Sundays and holiday’s), Tennis Courts usage (10 minute drive), mid-week change of sheets and towels. WiFi & AC and final cleaning is included.
