It allows our clients to be outside, to host guests on the terraces. The Résidence can welcome 8 guests with an open and expansive space. The structure is comprised of two large suites with a tremendous dressing room to accommodate big wardrobe, two deluxe rooms and an independent studio. The showers are of Sinjay with a unique technology that releases aromatic scents, and essential oils through the warm power of shower heads.  

The mansion provides absolute comfort on 4 floors accessible by elevator, all for the price of a suite in a 5 star Parisian palace. The home is gorgeous with a private garden of 1600 m2, a well stocked library of 200 books in various languages, a full kitchen, Large Terraces, and beautiful views of lush foliage from the windows, including the bedroom views.

Swimming-pool heated by a geothermal heating system at 28°, massage room, fitness center, sauna, wine cellar and a cold room.

Security Services are monitored 24 x 7 via a sophisticated surveillance system, in addition there is an apartment on the premises whereas there is a full time security guard. There is a private entrance for those who seek complete privacy. 24 x 7 Butler and concierge service, supported by a different residence on premises.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Cancellation before 30 days is 100% non-refundable. Cancellation from 90 days and 31 days is 50% non-refundable. Cancellation before 181 days is 100% refundable.

The owner has creatively priced the property to accommodate different size guests with pricing structures for small groups or larger groups. For 2 starting at low season per night is €3500 to up to 8 guests for €5000. In mid season for 2 guests the cost is €3500 and up to 8 guests for €8500. Pricing is lower for 4 to 6 guest and the maximum in high season or fashion week for specific group pricing please inquire.
