Villa Madelina is located in Positano. The villa is completely private, peaceful and truly breathtaking, with panoramic views across the sweeping bay of Positano and towards Capri. From the main coastal road, a winding staircase of 125 steps will lead to an enormous and spectacular terrace/garden with flowering potted plants, trees, sanctuary, and sculptures. A furnished covered dining area with marble top dining tables and sun chairs. The terrace forms an outdoor dining room, where you will undoubtedly greet the morning and conclude the day while enjoying the expansive sea views. The prices listed below are for 8 guests, the annex can accommodate 2 more guests with a bedroom and bathroom for an additional rate. Please inquire further for specifics.
The public beach is 120 steps down. Or enjoy this beautiful property with a stunning pool of 10 x 5 meters. The interior has been elegantly furnished and refined to a high standard with interesting objects d’art, antiques and sculptures, providing a warm inviting ambiance which guests are sure to appreciate and enjoy. With central heating and log fireplaces, this is the perfect spot for romance and comfort even in the cooler seasons. Villa Madelina is suitable for a holiday during any time of year.
Ground floor: There is a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious double living and dining rooms, both with a fireplace and French doors opening onto the private terraces. There is a study/library with 2 single beds and bathroom with bath tub. Off the terrace there is an independent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub. An outdoor bathroom with shower for use by pool-side guests. The pool is open from April 6 through October 6.
A maid and cook 8 hours per day Monday thru Friday.A man to care for the gardens and pool twice weekly. An English speaking manager is on call and available for food delivery.
A flight of steps lead up to the bedrooms; at this level is a further entrance door, opening to the staircase.
Upper floor Two spacious double bedrooms each have queen size bed, fireplace, TV and telephone. Both rooms extend onto a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views.Two marble bathrooms,each with tub and shower.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1.000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.
Extra Costs
Consumables, spa services, babysitting service, chef service, additional linen changes, sporting activities or adventure excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request.
What's Included in the Cost
The villa rental price includes a cook and housekeeper daily 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM (Sundays and evenings excluded); the cook will prepare breakfast and lunch, and will leave dinner ready if requested. Linens will be changed mid week. Bedroom and Villa housekeeping daily. Pool maintenance twice per week. Final cleaning is included.
