Villa Simona
On the banks of the hamlet town of Moltrasio you will find perched up on a hill, the Villa Simona. Located in one of my favorite towns of Moltrasio, Italy, just 5 miles from Lake Como. Simona offers delightful comforts that are above and beyond expectations. The patio boasts astonishing views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Even the Villa itself is a treat for the eye with its marble flooring, garden views, and a modern yet regal design. The outdoor pool and hot tub are just the beginnings of the amenities awaiting your Italian get away.
The Villa sits in the perfect place for privacy, relaxation, and access to the luxuries of Italy. I particularly love Moltrasio for it’s position on the lake. You are far enough away from crowds, but close enough to venture into nearby Lake Como for the best night life on the Lake. Across from the ferry, which takes you to all of the lake side towns, is one of my favorite restaurants La Veranda, it’s also the perfect location to attend the Concorso d’ Eleganza car show, which commences at the last weekend of May. From the Ferry you can take the ferry across the lake to the town of Torno, another one of my favorite towns. There you will enjoy dinners at the Il Sereno hotel’s fun and beautiful restaurant. Down the road is the world famous Villa d’ Este, making this town of Moltrasio not only one of the most beautiful, but also one that is positioned perfectly to enjoy the best of Lake Como!
The Villa is our newest to the 2021 portfolio, two sister Villas offers the optimum for large groups and having two separate units allows for privacy and not overcrowding. Newly renovated quarters of the home make this one of the most affordable luxury Villas in our collection.
With a beautiful golf course nearby and endless possibilities for boating, there is no shortage of activities. Simona provides internet, air-conditioning, cable, private parking and vehicle charging. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, suiting a group of up to 7.
