St Barth's Luxury Villa, Sleeps 4

This newly constructed Villa Emerald is Perched high above the Caribé sea above one of my personal favorite beaches in St. Barth’s is the Villa Emerald is situated with a breathtaking view in the harbor of Gustavia. With incredible sunsets … 4 bedrooms , infinity pool. The owners have named the Villa Emerald to honor and put forward the work of the American contemporary artist Edward Krac who opened a new direction for contemporary art with his Neuvo art.

Built on two levels, the villa provides ample space for a family or couples vacationing together. The large main room, with the kitchen and living room, can be closed off and air-conditioned or fully opened up on both sides. A garden space in the rear offers seating and a grill area. The main outdoor space is located by the heated pool and extends beyond the large alfresco dining area. Loungers are all well placed to fully benefit from the spectacular sunsets.

Three bedrooms are on either side of the pool, and a fourth bedroom is situated on the lower floor (with private access and parking). All bedrooms have U.S. king-sized beds that can be separated into two twins, dressing area and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Large bathrooms make this one of the most comfortable Villas on the Island. You will love the bright & elegant furnishings in colors typical of the area. Dine where the sky meets the sea among tropical foliage, moonlit skies and a peaceful and romantic setting. With a BBQ grill and plenty of room for outdoor lounging in comfort to exploring to the nearby beaches, hiking, biking, or water sports you won’t be disappointed in this spectacular Villa! 

The bedrooms are quite large bedrooms, with the fine linens and fabrics. You will enjoy the free flowing ocean breezes blowing into each rooms from the sea in the horizon. Although the rooms are air conditioned you will always feel the air flowing in every room. The happy colors offer in the beauty of St. Barth’s into the home. The kitchen is large with the finest equipment. 

The Villa is a 3-minute drive from Shell Beach and Gustavia town, and a 5-minute drive from Gouverneur Beach (this beach is a personal favorite of ours, we love all of the St. Bart beaches)!

During high season, guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries.
