Sorrento Luxury Villa, High with great views, private sleeps 10
I visited Villa Vista Mare in the fall of 2017, at which time the Olive harvest was underway. Please see my attached photo. I met the owner and manager who were extremely kind people, also the house staff, kind ladies who love the villa very much. It is interested to see how the owners give tours of the properties and you can easily see by their demeanor how much they love the property. In this particular Villa there is much history and a flare for the owners husband who loves quality and select pieces, as they are all over the home. The villa is private and you can reach the property by a short ride down local winding narrow road to the gates, which open to enormous piece of property perched high above the sea. The views of the property are of Capri and there is a serial staircase which leads to the roof, where an evening glass of wine would be a brilliant location to “take in” the incomparable views of the sea, the coastline and the islands in the distance.
The villa is an inviting modern three-story seaside property, located in Massa Lubrense just at 15 minute drive to Sorrento. The Villa is just 5min walking from the city centre (supermarket, bar, shops, bus stop, port ect) Set on a 5,000 sqm private compound, the villa offers a beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Naples and sights of the island of Capri. Private woods and manicured gardens with many furnished shaded areas surround the villa providing privacy and tranquility. The Villa is on 3 floors divided on 5 Suites. Each rooms has 1 queen bedroom with private bathroom with shower stall, living room and outside space. Panoramic sea views. A separate building in the garden serves as a central area for the guests to gather together. It offers a spacious dining and sitting area and its kitchen is used for the morning breakfast service. Panoramic roof-top with access through a spiral staircase, furnished with sunbeds and provided with external shower. Several terraced manicured gardens and expansive flat well- tended lawn areas overlooking the sea surround the property; all outdoor areas feature elegantly furnished zones at disposal of the guests who wish to relax. In the garden, a comfortable poolside loggia/veranda for dining al fresco, complete with wood burning oven, BBQ and commercial grade kitchen. Private swimming pool, panoramic whirlpool for up to 8 people. Outdoor equipped Wellness area. The pool, loggia, garden and walkways are illuminated at night.
A summer outdoor kitchen area with al fresco dining area, lounging furniture located under a large covered terrace with professional kitchen, pizza oven, dining table for 14, large flat screen TV. Ample, comfortable outdoor seating. Outdoor showers.
Although outdoors, this is the main living area for this property; it is separated from the main house on the opposite side of the garden next to the pool.
There are large terraced grounds planted with mature trees, shrubs and lawn areas. Garden with private 6m x 4m pool (depth: 1.50m, ladder), Jacuzzi tub, outdoor showers. Sea views. Each bedroom suite has a private terrace with outdoor seating and the summer living/dining room and kitchen provides communal living space.
Ample parking for up to 7 cars. Please note that the road to access the property is very narrow therefore the maximum width required for a car is 1.70m. A shuttle service is available from the villa on request.Outdoor terrace with outdoor dining facilities, outdoor shower, views.

What's Included in the Cost
Air conditioning, final cleaning, daily cleaning (5 hours daily), preparation of breakfast, mid week change of bed linens and towels (including pool towels), starter groceries, WiFi, porter service on arrival and departure, daily pool cleaning, daily transport to the local town Masse Lubrense until 4:00 PM daily.
