We are very happy to offer our clients a price guarantee. All of our properties are Owner Direct listings. This means the prices are from the owners. If you are offered a lower price, we will go back to the Owner to understand why? We will require the email or contract and Agency to determine the validity of the person offering you a lower rate. We are happy to go back to the owner and ask him to price match the lower price you have received. We will following an investigation, if valid, offer a price match. This offer is only good prior to when the contract agreement between the Client (rentor) and (rentee) is executed and signed.

We will gladly arriving taxi’s and or shuttles to included arrival and departure from the Airport or hotel.  

Customer Itineraries: 

We are happy to share our experience and most popular boaters, hiking guides, excursions as well as things to do while on your holiday. 
Menu’s, chef meals, entertainment, etc. Due to the time and hours required to plan a custom itinerary our agency charges 1000.00 per family or villa group.

You should assume that all text, graphics, interfaces, photographs (photographs are owned by Crazy for Travel, LLC), trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned or licensed by or to Crazy for Travel, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
You may not download content displayed on this site for commercial use. You may share the content via Facebook, twitter, email, Pintrest, youtube, google +, or other social media platforms for such use as made for sharing or distribution via our website capabilities. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices on downloaded Content and at no time should this content be used for commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, post, publicly display, transmit or distribute any Content unless expressly permitted by written consent. Duplication of the website or its content is strictly forbidden.

We appreciate hearing from you. Please note that, apart from your personal information (which is addressed in our Privacy Policy), any communications or materials you send to the Site, including data, questions, comments, suggestions or submissions via our blog or testimonials (“Submissions”), are and will be treated as non-confidential and non proprietary. PVOI may use your Submissions for any purpose, including reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By making a Submission to the Site via email or otherwise, you irrevocably transfer and assign to Private Villas of Italy copyrights or other rights that you may have in such material and you waive any right to compensation.
PVOI takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether to publish or use your Submissions. You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions and will be solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of any law or the rights of PVOI or any other person, or any other harm resulting from your Submissions. This includes shared content of this site via email or any social media app or platform.

Cancellations:

Separate terms and conditions, including your cancellation rights, if any, will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully in your rental agreement. Any violation of these additional terms and conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s).

No refunds will be given for cancellations or interruption due to inclement weather or illness Crazy for Travel, LLC strongly advises all tenants to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal coverage. Crazy for Travel, LLC does not offer travel insurance.

If the client finds that the property does not adhere to the description shown on our website or finds anomalies or malfunctions thatCrazy for Travel, LLC does not know about, the client is obliged to contact the  and the owner immediately in order to obtain the necessary assistance.

If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, please call us immediately.

We must be notified in writing immediately concerning any complaint before you vacate the property (via email coupled with a telephonic notification). Complaints reported at the end of the rental period will not be considered. Should you decide to vacate the property without authorization from the owner or the representative no refund will be granted. No refund will be given for early departure.

Crazy for Travel, LLC uses reasonable efforts to include the most accurate and recent information of properties on our site. Crazy for Travel, LLC no warranties or representations as to the accuracy. The properties, information & services published on our site may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing. Crazy for Travel, LLC not guarantee that all content is completely error free. The information and description of the rental properties not limited to  (photographs, lists of included services and property descriptions), all of which is provided by the property owners. Crazy for Travel, LLC reserves the right to correct all pricing mistakes and or bookings made made in error. In such event, PVOI will reserve there might to cancel the reservation with a refund or move the guests to another property of similar standards and value without penalty.

Crazy for Travel, LLC  is not responsible for breakages to the property and will not be held liable for expenses resulting therefrom. Crazy for Travel, LLC  is not liable of any guests who travel to such destinations listed on our site or at the vacation property premises, in that the travel to results in injury, death, personal losses of possessions or otherwise.
