Sorrento Luxury Rental Holiday Villa
Villa Regina has maintained its old world 17th century charm and decor. It is located in the quaint community of Massa Lubrense; the Sorrentina coast. This town is known for its beauty and was named one of the safest places to live in Italy. This area is strategically positioned near the town of Sorrento and Positano, located along 14 miles of stunning coastline.
The rooms of the villa are tastefully decorated with an original charm and in tradition with the atmosphere of the 18th century era. The sea is visible from every room. They are each elegant and comfortable. The bathrooms are located outside the rooms, except in the ground floor suite. This was the architecture of the era and when it was erected the villa has maintained it’s beautifully original historical design. Particularly noteworthy is the ‘Master Suite,’ where the King of Naples stayed in 1808. Thus, one can boast that Villa Regina is fit for a king, but now welcomes guests from all over the world.
Ground Floor (sleeps 2+1): From the stone entrance, a 16th century door leads to a paved stone hall. The hall to the right is reserved for staff. There is a double sitting room – Loggia with panoramic views – 1 Triple Bedroom, 3 steps to a double bed and a single bed. A bathroom. This room sleeps 4 people.
First Floor (sleeps 7): All of the bedrooms have the original arched ceilings with painted fresco-ed and open views of the sea.
There is 1 single bedroom with a ‘French’ bed (130 sq ft), 1 ‘Murat Suite’ double bedroom (280 sq ft), 2 twin bedrooms (194 sq ft), 2 comfortable bathrooms, a breakfast room, a large fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining terrace, and a large outdoor terrace that spans the building with a panoramic view.
Outdoor & Gardens: Swimming pool (3mt’ x 9mt’) with sea views. Lush gardens with both lounge and dining furniture for full enjoyment of the glorious outdoors. It is also furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs, hammocks and swings. This oasis of beauty is perfect for relaxation. It is the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquility.
The pool opens May 15 to September 29, each season. The pool does not have a gate and is not recommended for children under the age of 7, as they are not permitted in the pool area. A guardian and housekeeper lives in the villa are present 24 hrs and she is available to help guests.
This property is not suitable for children under the age of 6.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1.000, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.
Extra Costs
Consumables, spa services, babysitting service, chef service, additional linen changes, sporting activities or adventure excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person.
