Farm-to-table meals—highlighting produce from the property’s organic garden as well as local ingredients—prepared by our seasoned Italian chefs, celebrate a culinary philosophy honoring the social nature of dining. Cooking Lessons are available with our Estate Chef featuring traditional Umbrian cuisine. Choose seasonal garden produce from the Estate garden and assist in preparing a family style meal with abundant local fare.

Wines

The sprawling wine cellar boasts some of the finest wines that Italy has to offer—eclectic and boutique Italian labels, along with handpicked selections from France and the United States, and the Skywalker and Château Margüi wine portfolios. In the near future, the estate will produce world class Umbrian wines from its newly constructed winery on the property.

Suites

Ten guest suites, including seven signature suites are available. Residential in feel, suites are appointed with unique amenities and décor, airy balconies, tranquil terraces and wood burning fireplaces. All showcase artwork from Lucas’s private collection.
