My first visit to the Amalfi Coast came with exploring and meeting new friends who showed me the most spectacular places on the Amalfi Coast. Among them was this large home, it was perched above the highest cliff almost in heaven! We ventured to see this white nest high above the town of Amalfi! The home very frail and in desperate need to renovations. It had the most amazing views of the brilliant blue seas below; in the distance high mountains, with lemon grooves and small towns in the distance. “Would you like to see it” asked one of the local townspeople? I know the owner, I replied, “of course” and we started our journey to the most beautiful place I have ever saw, in the most spectacular town, only imagined in a fairytale. Stepping over ruble inside and falling stones, I knew that one day this could be the most beautiful place on earth! And today, 13 years later, I bring you Italy’s most amazing Villa between the heavens and the earth!
The interior is rich in some of the original flooring and tiles. The Villa itself is perched at the highest point on the coastline. You can see if from the sea, in its iconic splendor. The hallways are high and open, each room has a view of the sea’s horizon. The bedrooms have the most elegant furnishings with the finest bedding, which is always one of our foremost priorities! The tiles in the bathrooms carefully selected for their bright colors and smooth texture. The Villa has the most breathtaking views, you feel as if you are on the very cliff above the sea and beneath the sky! The original owner of the Villa, an American once said, “there was never a more beautiful place to be.” A writer, he was inspired by how his peaceful and serene environment lend to a life of supreme peacefulness. The same that you will experience so far away from the realities of every stress. Here you will feel a serenity and beauty rarely experienced anyplace on earth.
The gardens are spectacular with flowers typical of Italy and the coastline, palms, hydrangeas, bounganvnllia and rare flowers never seen anyplace else. The pool very large and inviting for a swim at any time of the day or night. Enjoy wine and operatives in the vast outdoor area.
