Villa Eleganza is positioned directly on the Lake, it’s serene and perfect for the “lush” experience that is so traditional on Lake Como. The location combines old traditional themes as the main structure of the Casta Diva lends for the perfect backdrop to be close enough to enjoy the finest in spa treatments and dining. The pool is floating atop the Lake with a perfect view of Torno. This location is one of my favorite since it is close to Blevio and accessible to a fun town filled with quality shops by day or night, just a short drive or boat ride away. 

The Villa under a slate roof is positioned over 4 floors and has an elevator. It is accentuated with the highest quality Italian marble, teak Burma, wooden beams, oak Panels, paladdian flooring,  The villa is quite impressive and offers every amenity for your comfort and enjoyment. You will take in the views from later windows overlooking the lake, each room bright and large with an aura of elegance and bright colored theme. The total is 8500 sq ft or 798 square meters of living space. There you will enjoy 2 bedrooms on the second floor with perfect views of the lake via a terrace. There are 2 private bathrooms as well. The master bedroom has a bath tub and shower, walk in closet and Villeroy and Boch fixtures. The upper level has a large Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, tub and shower. The Villa has independent AC unit controls for each room, to optimize your individual comfort. The kitchen has a dishwasher, ice maker, wine cellar, a large multi-functional oven with cooktop. There is a luxurious dining room, living room with large fireplace, library and a bathroom on the first floor.

The lower level has a game room, pool table, wet bar, office. Enjoy a sound system throughout the Villa also equipped with WiFi and audiovisual technology. There is a large flatscreen Satellite TV. The villa comes with a private dock and a pier.
