Positano Apartment, sleeps 8 newly restored large pool

Apartment Elsa, originally an 18th century historical palace, is a beautiful property located in the heart of Positano. Only 200 meters from the sea, you will be able to smell the sea from one of the two large terraces. Standing on one of these terraces, you will also be able gaze upon one of the most incredible views of the Amalfi Coast. Newly renovated in 2015, there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Further, there is a sofa-bed which can accommodate up to two additional guests. Apartment Elsa has a grand living room with a beautiful fireplace and a full kitchen with all appliances.
The bedrooms are large and very comfortable all of the bedding is new and the linens are all of the highest quality.

This apartment comes with the agreement of use of the Villa Murat pool and facilities which is close to the apartment, if you chose wish to lounge and sun outdoors. The Apartment is steps from the beach, shops, restaurants and water sports (boating-water sports-ferries). The great part of this villa is that it is near nightlife and lots of fun. You don’t have to worry about driving and you can easily visit the neighboring towns on the coast.

Magnificent 120-square-meter (about 1,292 square feet) apartment which sleeps 6 people ( + a sofa bed in a room divided in two floors by a mezanine). It is only 200 meters (about 656 feet) from the sea, and it features two spacious terraces overlooking Positano and the sea.

The apartment is actually inside a historic eighteenth-century historical palace in the center of Positano, in the walking areas. It has also access to gardens and open spaces.

Check-in is Saturday at 4:00 PM; Check-out is Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of €300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure.

Extra Costs

Food and Drinks, spa services, babysitting service, chef service, additional linen changes, sporting activities or adventure excursions. However, all may be arranged upon prior request. Municipality taxes may be an additional cost per person.
