Sardinia Villa 5 Bedrooms
I visit Sardinia and returned the followed year with a passion to see more! Costa Smeralda is the bluest of blue waters and then there is Costa Smeralda and the hug Yachts. Two years in a row we attended the Rolex Yacht Cup and I couldn’t get enough of the beaches. Which are the most beautiful I have ever seen. Sardinia has a claylike orange rugged terrain, which against the evening sunset is brilliantly orange.
This Villa is South of Olbia, below San Teodoro. It’s the perfect location to explore the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Gonone beaches, where you will find a horseshoe of the most amazing beaches in the world (see the blog).
This Villa is not far from the beach, it offers relaxation. I would certainly venture South and even farther South, this makes a great base to go North to the posh towns near Porto Cervo and South for the most beautiful swimming and snorkeling imaginable.
You will find 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms a beautiful pool and a fenced Villa. In White it blends with the happy theme of your exterior environment. Equipped with an outside shower and lounge chairs, a BBQ area, this will surely be our

The Villa is located 20 km (20 min. drive) south of the port and airport of Olbia in the village of Cala Ginepro on the promontory of Monte Petrosu (Municipality of San Teodoro), one of the most idyllic areas of Sardinia.
It is an ideal place to enjoy the unspoiled nature, with walks along the coast, scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing and surfing. The stretch of sea in front of the village is part of the marine protected area of Tavolara-Capo Coda Cavallo.
A small pier allows you to reach in a few minutes the islands in front and enjoy a day in the crystal clear waters of the marine park.
The village of Cala Ginepro has an access to the sea with a small beach. From there, short paths lead to other romantic coves set among fantastic rocks.
More extensive beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Among the most beautiful are Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta.
In the village of Monte Petrosu, 3 km away, Andrea’s minimarket delights with fresh pasta and many selected delicacies of the island. The Bar della Piazzetta is renowned for its excellent cappuccino and in the restaurant Quattro Venti, Piero and Bastiana serve seafood specialties and typical traditional Sardinian dishes.
In the surrounding area there are rental services for mopeds, bicycles, surfboards and rubber dinghies, a diving center and a riding school.
A 9-hole golf course is only 10 km away in the locality of Puntaldìa.
