There are no pets or smoking allowed on the property. The pool is not gated, therefore all children must be supervised.

Lake Como offers adventure, hiking at Refuge Venini among many other gorgeous hikes above the Lake, boating, water sports, biking, skooters. Visit lakeside villages by boat, visit Lugano Switerzland, enjoy a shopping day in Milan by train just 40 minutes away or evenings and nightlife in the fun town of Como! There is plenty to do from cheese tasting at a local goat farm on the mountain, to lounging by the lakeside beaches (for a few to rent lounge), Lake is one of my favorite places on earth, not only because of the breathtaking views, but for the temperatures year round.You won’t go wrong renting this new Villa!
