The villa can accommodate 12 (+ 2) people in 6 double bedrooms with 6 private bathrooms. The villa also offers an additional staff bedroom with dedicated bathroom, a large and sunny living room and a dining room. Finished in 2019, Villa Arianna with its spacious interior is the ideal holiday home for large parties. The overall property is about 2500sqm, while the building consists of two floors (each of around 250 sqm) and a basement (200 sqm) with laundry room and technical compartment. The finishes are quite precious: at the ground floor the pavements are made with antique Lombard cotto tiles, while the stairs and the pavements at the first floor are made in chestnut wooden, aged for 20 years before being treated and placed. The windows are all sound proofed for the perfect peace of the guests.
Ground floor
There is a large bright living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and CD player. Near the wide living room, there’s another sitting room with lake view where you find a magnificent  functioning  grand piano.
This floor features also a modern and fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, one blast chiller, 2 dishwashers, a large fridge with freezer and a wide kitchen island), a large dining room with a wooden table for up to 18 people. On the back of the kitchen there’s also a staff bedroom with a dedicated bathroom. At the ground floor there’s a double bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom.
Basement
From the spacious and bright entrance, in the back of the villa, guests have access to the stairs. Descending few steps down, you will find the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a large sink.
First floor
Climbing up the stairs you reach a sitting room with terrace and you find the other 5 AC double bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathroom. Three rooms have their own large terrace, two of which have lake view. All the beds of all the bedrooms can be double or twin. Each room is different from the others, both for its colour and for the tapestries with floral appeal that give each room its own personality, accentuated by the exclusive furnishings.
Outside: the property is just on the shore of the lake, few meters from the beach (public beach). In the large private garden, there is a front lake swimming pool (7 x 4 x 1,10 mt), heated from the second week of May till the third week of September; during the other seasons, it can be heated, if required, with an extra cost. Behind the house there is a private parking area. The village (and all shops) is about 600 meters from the property.

Extra housekeeping: € 18 per hour/per staff member (€ 22 per hour /per staff member on Sun / public holidays), Chef service: € 250 per meal, plus cost of food, Personal laundry service: € 18 per hour, Butler service: € 350 per day, Airport transfers (to/from)

Swimming pool heating: January 04 – May 09 and September 19 – January 02, 2021: €5 per hour (in order to reach the minimum water temperature of 25°C, it is necessary to turn on the heater 24 hours before the guests’ arrival in mild weather. NOTE: If the weather is colder,the minimum necessary heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum 6 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature.
